Wrong game
Confirm place 135830878717711 and universe 10675029591; similar titles can belong to unrelated experiences.
Different account
Make sure the account that joined and liked is the same account currently in the game.
State not refreshed
Leave and rejoin once. This is a reasonable refresh check, not a guaranteed requirement.
Unknown delivery UI
Look for a creator-authored reward, group, like, claim, or verify panel. Do not assume a generic menu location.
Power already included
Compare the Power total before and after. A missing pop-up does not by itself prove the value was not added.
Still missing
Recheck the current official description in case the promotion changed, then use only creator-owned support surfaces.

15K POWER FAQ
Conditions, delivery, and stage meaning
01Where does the 15,000 Power reward come from?
The official Roblox game description advertises 15,000 Power for joining the creator group and liking the game.
02Does WEBUPDATE give 15,000 Power?
The current official public text does not say that. It presents the group-and-like offer as +15,000 Power and describes WEBUPDATE separately as “a 30m boost.”
03Is claiming the group reward the same as redeeming WEBUPDATE?
No. The group reward uses creator-community membership and a like; WEBUPDATE is entered through the game’s separate code interface. Completing one does not prove the other was claimed.
04Do I have to join the official group?
The public description names group membership as one of the advertised conditions. Use the creator-owned group linked from the exact game identity, not an unrelated group.
05Do I have to like the game?
Yes, the public description also names liking the game. The site does not claim that either condition can be skipped.
06Do I need to rejoin the server?
Rejoining is a troubleshooting step, not a confirmed mandatory rule. Try it once if the current server does not reflect a newly completed account condition.
07Is the reward automatic or claimed through a button?
The official description does not identify the delivery UI. Inspect the current game for a claim, verify, group, reward, or like prompt rather than following a guessed button path.
08What should I do if I did not receive 15,000 Power?
Confirm the exact universe, same signed-in account, group membership, like state, current Web Power, and any live prompt. Rejoin once and allow Roblox account state time to update.
09Is 15,000 Power required for a stage?
No universal Stage gate is established by this reward. It is an advertised promotional reward amount; follow the current stage gate for progression requirements.
